A DIY wedding in Messologi

We have seen a lot of DIY weddings, but this is the first time we see a wedding like this one. And we don’t mean that it was the perfect wedding, although in our eyes seems absolutely perfect, but that in that wedding everything, and we mean EVERYTHING was handmade. We swear.. You’ll drop your jaw and you will love this bride as much as we did! Maybe even more.. Actually..no! You can’t love her more than us!

Stela met Tasos at a common friend’s party and from the first moment she fell in love with his humor and his honesty. It wasn’t hard for him to fall in love with her because of the spontaneity and the communication between them!

Someone can say that the proposal was like the movies. “It happened in our favorite restaurant in Copenhagen, while we were dinning with our siblings. The surprise was that two of our friends, who are musicians, started playing accordion and cello just for us!”, Stela told us and from that magical moment their wedding started being planned in her mind!

“I wasn’t nervous for something particular during our wedding day, I just wanted everything to be perfect and have close to me the people I love most. The most touching moment of our wedding was the moment we arrived at the wedding venue and we saw all of our friends waiting for us! The party has just began!”.

Their wedding was a DIY wedding from A to Z and the reception was held at the home where Tasos grew up as a kid. “I wouldn’t change anything from that day”, she said. We just have to agree with her!

When she first saw their wedding photos..”I felt so moved, nostalgic, and very surprised for all the moments and the feelings Nikos managed to capture in them. We didn’t even noticed his presence, he was very discreet and from the first moment he became part of our joy! He is an amazing professional and the result was unique!”.

Stela’s wedding was exactly the way she dreamed of and there is only one thing she wants to share withe the future brides to be… “Do your wedding the way you want and don’t let others influence you and make you nervous. All the people who love you and care about you will understand from day one what you have in mind!”.
