From the moment we got Olya & Andrea’s wedding in our hands we knew it will steal your heart just like ours! This wedding had it all! A dreamy wedding proposal, a stunning bride, a crazy groom, a wild wedding party, an after wedding boat party and an after wedding photo shoot that will take your breath away! Oh! We are so excited to share it with you!

Olya met Andreas on a common friend’s party in University of Surrey where both of them were studying on January 2010. “I fell in love with him because he always knows the way to make me smile. No matter if it is a dance in the middle of the street or a 15 minutes walk to a supermarket at 1am, he just cares so much for me to be happy!”, sweet Olya told us while for him it was love at first sight.. “I fell in love with her with the way she talked to me, with her attitude. I remember I thought what a “sweet little headache”this girl is. I still use this nickname for Olya!”.

“The wedding proposal happened on a Saturday, 27 Sept 2014. I always talk on Skype with my mum & dad on Saturdays (we have 9 hours time difference with my parents because we live in Cyprus and they are living on the very Far East of Russia, so weekends are good to catch up on Skype). It was an ordinary Saturday, while we were talking with my mum on Skype, Andreas had a phone call and he told me that he had to leave for job. In about 10 minutes he came back… with a suit, bow tie, 100 red roses and our 2,5 year old godson. For the first few seconds I couldn’t even realize what is happening, until I saw Michali’s’ (our godson) t-shirt saying “Will you marry Andreas?”.  And a second later Andreas asked my parents to marry their daughter, all that time they were online observing the whole scene 🙂 After Andreas told me that he always wanted to do it ‘right’, asking first my parents.”.

During her wedding day Olya wasn’t nervous at all! “Since the moment I woke up all the stress and fear just disappeared and were replaced with excitement. Even when my brother was driving me with my parents to the church, I was telling them: “You see how calm and happy I am, I am definitely marring the right man”.

“The ceremony inside the church was very emotional for both of us, while, if i have to choose a funny moment that would definitely be “You can leave your hat on” – strip dance by Andreas. His performance (which included both, dancing and singing) was just amazing!!”. Something we wanted to have on our wedding day but we didn’t is Michael Buble singing for our first dance 🙂 The thing is that we knew what will be our first dance song since the time we were at university. Andreas one day just put me the song and said: “if we ever get married this will be our first dance song”. Since that time we never questioned it and always joked that we will also bring the singer to our wedding. But eventually we didn’t!”.

Their wedding theme was a classic romance wedding with some special touches and details. “We wanted something timeless, something that will not be outdated in 50 years.  Our color pallet: Peach, Gold & Green. We had a next day after-wedding boat party. The boat was parked in Konnos Bay, just five minutes drive from the wedding venue. We just wanted to wake up, have breakfast and spend another beautiful, but more relaxing and informal day of celebration with our friends!”.

“When I saw our wedding photos for the first time I felt like I had a flashback to our wedding. Our photographers managed to capture so many great moments, spontaneous and natural, that it felt like the photos have a life inside them. There were parts that I smiled, shed a tear and even blushed from embarrassment. Overall, I was hurting my cheeks from smiling all day, because the photos were high above my expectations!”.

Beautiful Olya shared her amazing wedding with us and she gave us her advice for all future brides to be…
