8 Bridal Trends from Bridal Fashion Week
You just can't miss
This is the season that all goes around the Bridal Fashion Week in New York. Now that it came to an end and since we saw almost all the new collections of the super talented designers, we gathered all the fashion bridal trends that stand out in this year’s catwalks.
The one sure thing is that this year, there was a clear influence by the royal wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, and the designers were inspired by the Duchess’s wedding dress and after party dress.
But let’s take a look to our own favorite trends.
1.CROP TOPS
We first saw this trend some seasons ago bit now crop tops are back. Crop top wedding dresses with off shoulders neckline and silk fabrics combined with ethereal or tighter skirts.

2.JUMPSUITS
Okay, it is not the first time we are seeing this trend, but this year we love it more than ever, since they can give you the perfect look for the after party or even your civil wedding.

3.ROMATIC SLEEVES
In previous Bridal Fashion Weeks we have seen puffy or cup sleeves. This year we saw so many designs, with a common feature. The romanticism that emerges from the Renaissance era.

4.SHORT FRONT, LONG BACK
We kinda love this look, we won’t lie. The skirt in the front becomes even shorter while the back part of the dress gets a long trail for a more dramatic look.

5.MEGHAN MARKLE INSPIRATION
The dress the Duchess of Sussex chose for her wedding day, was the inspiration for many designers that presented their collection at this year’s Bridal Fashion Week.

6.THE AFTER PARTY DRESS
The same influence as Meghan Markle’s wedding dress had the dress she chose for the party that followed the wedding ceremony.

7.SHORT PARTY DRESS
Definitely for your after look, the short party dress is the ideal choice. This year it got even better with metallic elements, glitter, feathers and illusions.

8.POWER SUIT
We would recommend it for your pre wedding party or your civil wedding (it is not an easy choice for the church). The power suit is a very chic choice for the alternative bride especially if you want a total statement look.
