One bride, two bridal looks

When a bride chooses to have two different bridal looks on her wedding day, we just love her! When that bride makes those choices along with the amazing Vasiliki Livadiotis, we just stay amazed by the result and look over the pictures again and again.

“I haven’t though something specific for my bridal makeup. I have worked with Vasiliki before and I knew her work, I totally let it on her. I definitely wanted something that would fit my wedding dress, my natural face features and the wedding’s style. I totally trusted her. We only had two rehearsals before deciding my bridal makeup. The style has been decided from the first time. We just decided to make it a little tenser, so to look better on photos”.

“My bridal make up on my wedding day was exactly the same we had agreed on the rehearsals. As Vasiliki says, on that day you just execute… The quality of the products she uses and the way she uses them is so good that there is no reason at all to be afraid that my makeup was going to ruin during the night. Besides that, I knew that no matter what Vasiliki would fix anything that might have gone wrong with my makeup, and she had also given me a bridal kit to renew my makeup!”.

Charikleia impressed us with both of the looks she chose for her wedding day. “It was Vasiliki’s proposal. We decided to combine a soft and “serious” look for the ceremony, with a softer and lighter one for the reception. As I told before, I have seen Vasiliki’s work before and I realized how much she fits to my philosophy. Another important reason for choosing her, was her professionalism, her calmness and the positive attitude she has a person, as well as the fact that she faces makeup art as part of a complete aesthetic, which is unique and special for each bride. I would definitely recommend her to future brides to be. It is very important on the happiest day of your life to be surrounded by people that make you feel sure and safe. When we asked Vasiliki for Charikleia’s makeup she said… “We first met with Charikleia before setting a date for her wedding, in a joyful event of her lfe. We share common perception and aesthetics and we worked a lot on her total bridal look. So, I suggested to have two different looks on that day.

The makeup’s shades were around red and burgundy, a color that I absolutely love the way it shows on photos, nude lips while for the second look we gave tense on the eyes with kajal of Laura Mercier and used a burgundy lipstick. We used shinning to both the body and the shoulders to look even better in her amazing wedding dress”.

VASILIKI: The total look had something of the 20s with a romantic touch, that personally reminded me a lot of Marion Cotillard in Midnight in Paris.
