So, you are in a phase that your boyfriend has decided to propose on Valentine’s Day (how romantic), or a little bit before summer. The point is that summer is way too close to have the proper time to organize your wedding, while next summer seem way too far away to wait. So what do you do? You decide to have Christmas wedding. You always loved the festive atmosphere, and if you don’t think about it we suggest you do. Christmas wedding is just magical. No matter why, you decided to have a Christmas wedding. These are 3 important advices you have to know while planning your holiday wedding.
- WHEN TO SEND THE INVITATIONS
The truth is that normally guests receive their invitation around a month prior the wedding. In that case things are quite different. Imagine that your guests probably will have other plans for the holidays, so you have to notify them earlier that you are planning on having a Christmas wedding. Our advice? Definitely save the dates a couple of months earlier.
- BE CAREFUL WITH THE ALCOHOL
Okay, we don’t mean to plan an alcohol free wedding. But the truth is that because of the holiday spirit the drinking situation might get out of hand. You don’t have to be nervous about it, just keep it mind!
- PAY ATTENTION TO THE WEATHER
Probably the most important factor of a winter wedding. We live in a country that we almost never have a white Christmas, but that doesn’t mean it won’t happen. Either snow, or rain don’t ruin your day… there might be some problems but just think all the amazing wedding photos you will have!
