Holidays are just around the corner and we couldn’t be any happier! Of course, we just couldn’t think about you, that you plan your Christmas wedding (btw, you have our full support on that decision). So, we decided to give you the coolest Christmassy choices for your wedding cocktails or if you are not getting married now, for your Christmas dinner, with the help of Your bartender team. And don’t think that we made any discounts, we asked Alex of Pavlov’s Lab to suggest the right sweets for every cocktail. Cheers!
“A fresh and holiday cocktail, is a dry sparkling wine with strawberry liqueur and vanilla scents. Garnish it with melted chocolate at the top of the glass and some caster sugar on top of a rosemary sprig. This cocktail is an amazing welcome drink with which you will impress your guests from the first moment. It has a balanced taste, between the tense taste of sparkling wine and strawberry.”, Tasos of Your bartender told us, while Alex for this cocktail suggested holiday chocolate biscuits that, oh what a surprise, you can use as ornaments for your Christmas tree!

“Our favorite cocktail for these cold winter nights is an old rum with homemade honey cinnamon biscuit (melomakarono) syrup, cinnamon and peanut butter cream. Garnish it with golden sugar grains on the glass trim and a cinnamon stick. It is a cocktail that will sweeten your mouth and will give you amazing scents. That is how a winter party with friends and family that love you starts”. And what is the best dessert for this cocktail? Alex suggested a special dessert. Kuign Amman, a round crusty cake, made with bread dough containing layers of butter and sugar folded in. We tasted it and we can guarantee that it’s delicious!

“Because of its look and color, this is the cocktail that will have all eyes on it. It is the chicest cocktail for a wedding. Scented vodka with rose water, violet liqueur, citrus and cotton candy. It is suggested for a welcome drink since it is a cocktail with tense scents, so unique and special like the sky and the clouds”, Tasos told us and we can’t deny that it is probably our favorite cocktail because of its taste, its color and its playful look!

“A joyful and fruity cocktail with aged cognac combined with raspberry puree, fresh pomegranate juice, bitter angostura and cinnamon flavored whipped cream. Garnish it with fresh pomegranate. It is bitter sweet with a balanced flavor that will drive the ladies crazy, because of its color and it will make your wedding party unforgettable”. And since this cocktail is so playful we couldn’t not combine it with a dessert as playful as the cocktail. Red velvet éclair. Contemporary colored eclair inspired from the classic American cake filled with cream cheese. This eclair made by Alex will haunt your dreams (and your guests’)!

For his last cocktail suggestion, Tasos told us: “It is a beautiful and tasteful mix of aged rums combined with wine. Vermouth, bitter chocolate and brown sugar. Garnish it with a bunch of gooseberry. It is a cocktail strong in alcohol with tense flavor of chocolate, that fits at a lounge event”. And since we are talking about one of the most wintery cocktails, Alex surprised us and decided to combine it with a classic Christmas biscuit-home, that will make all your guests go crazy!

Merry and Sweet Christmas everyone!
